My Workspace (also called My Diri) is your personal starting page in Diri. It collects everything that belongs to you – tasks, treatments, framework controls and the records you own or take part in – so you can follow up your own work without searching through each register.
You can open My Workspace in two ways:
The page greets you by name and shows the content of the organisation you are working in (shown at the top of the page). If you work in several organisations, switch active organisation to see your work there. See Create and manage your organisation for how the active organisation works.
Administrators see a Getting started section with shortcuts to the most important setup tasks:
Regular users do not see this section.
The Jump to section has shortcuts to the main work areas, for example cyber and operational risk assessments, treatments, tasks, policies, incidents, vendors, systems and processes, dependency analysis, pre-assessments, data processing records and DPIAs. Only the areas that belong to modules your organisation has, and that your role gives access to, are shown.
The lower part of the page has four tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| My tasks | Tasks assigned to you or created by you, with your role on each task. |
| My treatments | Treatments where you are responsible or otherwise involved, with the context they belong to (for example a risk assessment, processing activity or policy) and the responsible person. |
| My controls | Framework controls you own. See My controls below. |
| My items | Records you own or take part in, grouped in sub-tabs: Policies, Incidents, Vendors & IT, Business processes, Risk assessments, Data processing and DPIAs. |
The My role column tells you why an item is on your list, for example Owner, Responsible, Assignee, Creator, Participant or Reporter.
My controls lists the framework controls you are the owner of, across all frameworks activated in the organisation you are working in. It lets you follow up your compliance responsibilities without opening each framework.
For each control you see:
Click a control to open it in the framework, where you can record evidence, maturity and your review. See Controls and evidence for how to work with controls.
You are notified when you are made the owner of a control and when a control you own is due for review, if these notifications are turned on under My Account.
