¶ Release Note – Stability & Improvements September and October 2025
We’re happy to report that the issues causing instability have been resolved, and we’ve made several improvements:
- Stabilization and performance issues are now fixed.
- Issues with asset types and forms are resolved.
- Risk register now sorts by severity (most severe on top).
- Removed duplicates of organizations in configurable tables.
- Fixed duplicates of risk assessment connections in the treatment list (open & save treatment to finalize).
- Improved UI on task iteration management.
- Feedback button restored.
- File size upload limit increased to 10 mb per file.
- Security improvements.
Updated prod 01.10.25 with the following fixes
- Fixed double organization in Risk register
- Improved table configs saving
- Brought back pagination to asset register
- Fixed issues for archived/deleted objects in the bowtie and showing up in the risk matrix.
- Fixed issues for archived/deleted causes and consequences hanging on the event after deletion.
- Brought back default dashboard configs for new users instead of “Add new widget” approach.
- Fixed bug preventing edits to organization names and tenant IDs
Our current goals are to improve the application, utilize what is already there, and deliver a stable service.
Updated prod the 07.10.25 with the following fixes:
Bowtie risk analysis improvements:
- The “Delete” option for treatments in the Bowtie has been changed to “Unlink” such that they are not archived directly.
- Full deletion of treatments must now be done from the Treatments list.
- Removed the “Multiple systems alert” option, as it’s not supported in the current version.
File Attachments:
- Added the ability to download uploaded files from their respective contexts — such as Vendors, IT Systems, or Organizations.
- Tasks:
- Column naming in the Tasks view is now more responsive, and new column names persist as expected.
- Removed the option to create new treatments directly from Tasks, since treatments are now module-bound.
Data Processing Records:
- Reintroduced the ability to create new treatments directly from a Data Processing Record and automatically link them to it.
Organizations:
- Adding an organization with an existing name now correctly blocks duplicates and displays a clear error message.
User Management:
- Top-level admins (root org admins) can now set passwords for other users.
- Lower-tier admins no longer have this capability and the option is hidden from them.
Dashboard:
- Fixed a crash that occurred when loading the cause table on the dashboard.
Updated prod the 22.10.25 with the following fixes:
- Archive:
- Now supports select all and mass deletion / restoration
- Generic archive improvements
- Bowtie Risk assessment
- Events now also sort newest on the top.
- Improved graphics for Pin-event feature
- Asset, threat, vulnerabilities fixes
- Adding existing is now more responsive
- Asset register now has Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability included as default
- ATV all has inheritance and modification option in the managed table
- Added pagination to all ATV tables when clicking "add exsiting"
- Usability and module handling:
- My user: Language changes now updates automatically
- Opening a module always opens the top menu item of the module, tightening the user's module interactions.
- Dashboard:
- Updated grid size width from 3 to 6 to better scale for multiple views
- Fixed flickering dashboard cards (making too many calls to endpoints)
- Improved coloration and tightened field naming for widgets
- Dashboard now saves risk matrix configs for before - current - planned - all. So you can stack several matrices besides each other and compare.
- Improved filters for the risk matrix when showing data from only selected risk assessments
- Removed dashboard card "Line chart" as it was missing a use case
- Organization settings
- Removed Vat ID and Vat type
- Security updates
- Improved password security hashing
- Updated and new helpdesk articles
