The Annual Wheel gives you a 12-month overview of recurring governance and compliance activities: what needs to happen, when, and where attention is required.
Open Governance & Compliance → Annual Wheel in the left-hand menu.
The wheel is not a separate calendar. It builds itself from what you already register in Diri, and places it on the year. Complete or reschedule an activity where it comes from, and the wheel follows.

| Tasks | Yearly, semi-annual and quarterly tasks are markers in the months they fall due. Tasks that repeat monthly or more often are collected in the inner ring (Ongoing). One-time tasks with a due date appear in their due month. |
| Risk assessment reviews | The review date of a risk assessment. |
| DPIA reviews | DPIAs with a review date, under Privacy. |
| Policy revisions | Policies and procedures with a revision date, under Governance & Compliance. |
| Treatment deadlines | Counted per month on the wheel and listed in the month view. |
| Control attestations | Framework controls with a next review date, in the month the review comes due. |
Deadlines of treatments on pre-assessments are not shown on the wheel. You find them in each assessment's treatments panel.
Select an activity to open it, for example to edit a task or a treatment directly.
A recurring series with no end date repeats indefinitely. If a year is empty, check that your activities are set to repeat and do not have an end date in the past. See Tasks.
Select Export to export the annual wheel to PDF or as data. The export contains the activity plan by month, ongoing tasks and activities overdue from earlier years, with type, status, responsible person, date and frequency.
