Over the past months, we have carried out a major security upgrade of the infrastructure behind the Diri platform. This work was done in close collaboration with our operations partner Offcenit AS, as part of our long-term commitment to strengthening security, stability, and operational resilience.
The project has now been successfully delivered, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. The platform now runs on a significantly more robust and secure foundation, with clearer visibility and improved operational control.
Enhanced access control
Our existing administrative access routines have been further tightened with improved authentication, authorization, and restriction of access to approved personnel only.
Stronger isolation between environments
While we already maintained separation, this has now been reinforced to reduce cross-environment risk and ensure clearer operational boundaries.
Improved threat protection
Existing security measures have been expanded with additional layers of monitoring and traffic analysis, giving better resilience against atypical or potentially harmful activity.
More comprehensive monitoring and alerting
Our previous monitoring setup has been significantly strengthened with broader visibility, improved alerting, and more effective self-recovery routines.
More robust backup and recovery processes
Backup frequency, redundancy, and validation routines have been improved to provide an even higher level of reliability.
More consistent vulnerability scanning
We have enhanced our regular patching and scanning routines to ensure software, dependencies, and configurations stay secure and up to date.
Safer deployment and update processes
Our staging, testing, and rollout procedures have been refined to give more predictable and safer application and infrastructure updates.
Improved incident response capability
Our cooperation with Offcenit matures our incidedent response and recovery capabilities, allowing us to detect and respond to incidents more efficiently.
