¶ Print reports for risk assessments and data processing records
Diri gives you two ways to produce reports:
- Print reports – ready-made reports for a single record, such as a risk assessment or a data processing record. This page describes them.
- The Report Designer – reports you design yourself from live data, text and widgets, or create from a ready-made template. See The Report Designer.
A print report is built from the content of the record and cannot be edited directly. To change what the report shows, change the record itself and print again. The report opens in a print preview, where you choose the Destination (a printer or save as PDF), Layout, Pages and, under More settings, paper size, margins and scale.
¶ Risk assessments
¶ From the list of risk assessments
In the list of risk assessments, click the print icon at the right end of the row for the assessment you want to print.
¶ From the risk assessment dashboard
You can also print a risk assessment from its dashboard, using the print button in the top menu.
The report includes the registration information, the identified risks and analysis, the top risks with treatments, and a treatment and control summary.Threat and vulnerability levels are shown as they were set in that assessment.
¶ Data processing records
You can print one or several data processing records.
- One record: open the actions menu on the row and choose Export Pdf, or use the print icon on the row.
- Several records: select the records you want in the list and use the print button at the top right, next to the Record processing activity button.
¶ Other printable reports
- Pre-assessments – an approved vendor, IT system, business process, customer relationship or AI Act pre-assessment can be printed with Print report. See Pre-assessments.
- Signed treatment plans – a signed treatment plan can be downloaded with Download PDF. See Signing and review.
- Frameworks – an activated framework can produce an Audit Evidence Report / Statement of Applicability. See Audit Evidence Report.
- The annual wheel – can be exported to PDF. See The annual wheel.
¶ Exporting tables to CSV
To work with the data in a spreadsheet instead, use Download CSV on a table. The file contains the columns configured in the table, with the current filters applied. See Bulk import and CSV export.
